Every other year, the PIKO factory in Germany opens its doors for a big open house. They recently held their 2019 "Day of the Open Door" and had nearly 15,000 visitors!
They shared videos with us of the event. This one was made by a hobbyist. It shows that nearly every aspect of their production is "open."
