If you can, get a couple PLAYMOBIL sets for the kids to really bring the RR to life!

Nice setup. Simple yet appealing. Looks like your kids love it.

Very nice, many times, smaller is better.  Especially from a maintance standpoint as we all grow older.  If my dogs would leave my stuff alone, I would build a new ground level line for myself.

Back in the Garden Railway Game

After 12 years away, I finally have a garden railway again. Unlike my old railroad, this one is much smaller and simpler, just an 8' x 5' oval. For now, that's plenty. My kids enjoy running the trains much more so than the N and O layouts.

As you can see, the railroad shares space with the vegetable garden.
