Yet another one bites the dust.   A sign of the times I guess

Sad indeed.  So where will all the "stuff" go?

Joseph, I have to hope that another small company might buy NWSL's inventory.

We have four cats, the oldest is Benny (18.5!), then Sadie (10), Ringo (4) and Lucy (4). Yes, we are Beatles fans. . .

Rene, perhaps a financially sound medium size company will purchase NWSL.

Cool Cats!  A July 4, 1946 born Baby Boomer I was a teenager when the Beatles invaded America and were guests on the Ed Sullivan show.

I'm really looking forward to receiving the Spring 2019 Garden Railways magazine.  It should show up here at my German address anyday now.  I'm over the shock that Marc is no longer with Kalmbach but welcome Kent as new editor.

I do apoligise for being quite critical at times but I honestly believe that I have a right to expect a decent return for my investment as a return subscriber to Garden Railways.  I have faith in Kent and the entire GR staff (yes, this includes you too!) to overhaul the magazine as well as the website to give a new look to both to insure that us oldtimers will remain on board as well as attract new subscribers at the same time.

Thank you again for putting up with this Dallas born Texan, currently Derailed in Deutschland!

You should have received your Spring issue by now. Or did you mean the Summer issue? If you have not received Spring, please call 877-243-4898 for help.

Greetings Rene,

No Spring 2019 Garden Railways yet.  I'll wait another week before I make the call.  International mail can always get delayed for any number of reasons as you well know.  "Zip" delivery, as in zip code, isn't what it used to be.

Thanking you for your kind reply and the names of your cats.

It's long past the date you should have received it, so don't feel you need to wait to call/email (customerservice@garden-railways.info).

Rene,

I emailed customer service twice (Feb 19th and March 20) and still haven't received my Spring 2019 GRR yet so I called today.  I was told it would be another two weeks before I receive the magazine.  What has happened to customer service?

Rex, please email me your mailing address and I'll forward it to someone at Kalmbach to assist you. My email is rschweitzer@gardenrailways.com

FYI, this applies to anyone who reads this--please email me if you have a subscription/delivery problem. We want to make it right.
