Roundhouse announces new basic series live steam engine today
Posted by emdmike on Saturday, September 1, 2018 9:28 AM

Roundhouse Engineering announced a new basic series engine at the show in Wales UK today.   A nice little 0-4-2 with tender.  I see loads of potential for those into logging and mining to turn this little steamer into something really special.  But still have that awsome running and parts support that Roundhouse are known for.   I plan to order one in the Oxford blue to match my Bertie engine.  Like the other Basic Range engines, it can be ordered in 45mm gauge or 32mm gauge.

I'd rely on my kids! Stick out tongue  In all seriousness, a live steam loco is on the "list" at some point in the future.  With all the other stuff the Triple O needs, though (like food for its crew), I cannot justify it now.
