Hi Bob,
It's funny you should mention clearances,The first time I test run the tram the entire top deck was ripped off by a low tree branch behind the shed where I couldn't see it.Went out of sight as a double deck and came back a single deck.
My family thought it was hilarious.Took me a while(and a week of rebuilding)to see the funny side of it.

Troy
Your tram is magnificent! The gift that you made for your dad is pretty neat, too.
When you attach the trolley pole to the tram check all of the vertical clearances along your track. I ran an electric locomotive that I made with out checking the clearances and the trolley pole snagged all sorts of things.
Merry Christmas
Bob
