I have a Western cullen Bell and a Safetran 4 way crossing light. I want to test them both then get them workign again for a man cave project ;^)
Not sure where to start. How do I test them? Low voltage 12 V? Maybe a wall wart 12v power supply converted with some alligator clips?
Then bell seems easiest as it only has three posts. The railroad crossing lights look much more confusing with lots of wiring nuts/posts. Just dont know where to start. See a lot of video out there of redone projects, but little info for the noob on how they got there
All guidance welcome!
I see you posted the question on several other forums and got it working.
For the other readers of this thread, the circuit diagram is inside the unit and it's pretty straightforward, runs on 12v, and there were 2 wires already connected presumeably by the previous owner.

I did some answers on another forum. Im still not sure how to set this up in a direct plug into to wall sceneri with a switch. I know they make a 12 volt wall wart I could maybe convert. The railroud 4 way lights still sit dark because I cant figure out how to power those yet.
