Thanks everyone, i love sharing the RR and the hobby. I think this was my 8th or 9th year that I entered.
Thanks also to the staff of GRYs mag.

Is it REAL? or Just 1:29 scale?

Marty -- my congrats also, and to Dave in Lincoln, too. I am just getting started in garden railroading, having just bought a house in Lincoln. Would love to visit with you sometime and pick your brain about GR in Husker country.

Ok, I got the mag 2 days after I posted. Yep, nice picture [:)] It'd be Greater if that green was darker and mixed with orange [;)] Nice to see Standard gauge take 1st and second place in the magazine [^][^][^]

Omaha, see(house of trains) and see, ( Trainmans Trading Post) In Lincoln, see The Train cellar". Maybe others but thses have fair amount.
Or i order alot from Wholesale Trains in NY (The big red page.in GRYS) And St Aubins has best track offers. You really have to watch for sales. I make a list of "needs" and wants. Needs are parts , couplers etc. Wants are new items i don't need but really ,REALLY would like.

Good morning Marty,I know of all the Omaha & Lincoln shops, thought you might have one I missed.Wholesale Trains(Lantz) is my home town.born and raised in Elmira,Horseheads used to a burb but is bigger now.Went to a 45th class reunion, went to thier shop. You might expect big layout but it a hole in the wall.Lots of goods packed in a small space. They were very nice folks.
