I am having trouble with the throttle. I realize it is almost impossible to diagnose without seeing it, but I was hoping someone may have had the same problem. When I power up, the LED is flashing regardless of whether the potentiometer knob is at mid-point or turned left or right. I have checked and re-checked the circuit diagram to insure I made the proper connections. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.
