Thanks for your help, I will check them out.   The Bell and Compressor are common parts found also on all US Style 0-4-0 and 2-4-0 Steam engines, such as LGB 21232 Southern loco.   My goal is to try and find the Bell and the 2 front market lights, to fill up the holes in the front of the boiler over the headlight.  No one, but me, will miss the compressor., but I would still like to get one.  The marker lights will be a problem.  Please check out their stock the next time you work there, much appreciated,

Jim

The compressor is very hard to find, but the bell and holder are stocked items at Train-Li and they advertise in GR.  These are stocked under the 2-4-0 part numbers.  (I know the stock as I assist them once a week).

To see what can be ordered go to modell-land.de and on the lower left side select dampflok for steam engines.  Not much available for the mikado.

LGB Mikado Trim Parts bag.
Posted by Jim Hendley on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 11:54 AM
I just purchased a LGB 21872 PRR Mikado. Supplied with this engine, and all other Mikado's, except the White Pass Aster model, is a bag of Trim Parts for the owner to install. This parts bag was missing from my engine box, and the seller does not have it. Using the Service Manual Exploded Parts Diagrams Page, and Part numbers, these are the parts I am missing. Page 21832-1, Part #33, Front Marker Light, need 2, part #34 and 35, Gold Bell Bracket and Bell, 1 each. Page 21832-2, Part #4,#7,#8, and #9, Compressor that mounts on top of boiler in front of cab, 1 each. Note: The Bell and Compressor are also found on all LGB 0-4-0, and 2-4-0 US Style loco's. Would appreciate any member who could give me information about where to purchase these parts. Thanks, Jim Hendley
