Dave, for those of us not familiar with that structure (and that would include me), perhaps you could post a close-up photo of the missing "C" along with a couple of the other letters that still exist so we could see what you need to match.  Stores like Michaels and Hobby Lobby sell little wooden letters you could paint if they are available in the size you need or maybe you need something pretty near two-dimensional like stick-on letters from an art store. Give us more to go on and someone might have seen a source for something you can use.

I need the letter C from the signage for the BLUE BIRD CAFE. mine has come off the building I did mine in blue sooo.........
