Aristo passenger diaphragms
Posted by pirate lynn on Sunday, July 29, 2012 11:24 PM

Hi:  I've got 4 of Aristo streamliner cars (not the smooth side) and all run great.  But I'd like a little more realism in that the gap or an 1" or so between cars really detracts from the authenticity of the cars (I like the way USA does its cars).  Anybody out there know of a company that might manufacture some sort of connecting diaphragms for the cars?  Many thanks!

Shorten the coupler length.  I removed 3/8 of an inch from every coupler tap and lost 3/4 between cars.

USA trains has Diaphragms for sale separately.  Go to Charles Ro an advertiser in GR magazine.

Have fun it's an easy way to improve the looks of some good looking cars.
