I need to replace the wooden ties on my hand-laid code 332 track. I think I want to go with plastic tie strips to save the work of hand-spiking them as well as to have them last longer. I've looked on-line at Sunset Valley, ProTie, LGB and Aristo Craft. Prices range from $2.66/ft to $1.18/ft I was wondering if anyone out there had had especially good or bad experience with any particular brands. I saw some good comments on Sunset Valley track, and I'm kind of leaning that way for their ties.

Sunset Valley track and ties were originally built to prevent any other rail or ties from being used.....width of rail base, according to the last owner, Ted Sharpe.
That said, .332 is MUCH bigger rail, and the 250 Sunset Valley and Llagas specialize in won't work. You'll never get the rail into it.
That leaves you Aristo (USA and Euro design ties), LGB, and PIKO.
You can cut the bonds and straighten out tie sections to match your curvature.
