There is a great amount of advice and help about the Revolution on the Aristo-Craft Forum. You do not normally need to Log-In to read, only to post.
Kevin, who has replied to you, is amongst many who have used the REVO for some time and have recorded their findings and applications there.

Thanks for the replys; yes the batteries are new (3 sets); Looks like i will be sending it in to see if they can repair it.
Thanks again
Bud
Hi Bud It helps if you are happy to show where you are based , my reason for saying that is there maybe someone just around the corner who can help. As Kevin has said it may have to go for reair or if under 1 year or in warranty time ask for a replacment with the latest update of software. Hope this helps

I'll ask the obvious question--the replacement batteries are fresh, correct? If they're rechargeable batteries, are you sure you don't have a bad cell in there? The behavior you're describing is what happens when it has very flat batteries. Don't know what would cause that if the batteries are fresh from the package or fully charged. I'd expect that you'll probably have to send it in for repair. (Which is fine, since you can get them to upgrade the software on it to the latest version while they're at it.)
