Yesterday my wife and I were out back working on the railroad . She was building a stone wall out of cement and pea gravel and I was putting in a road ,mulching, planting small "boxwood" trees ,etc . Later in the evening we finished and started to run some trains . We have two low folding chairs and found a good spot , kicked our feet up , popped open a beer and enjoyed the rest of the day . I feel so lucky to have this in my backyard . Its like a little vacation spot all our own . Anyway i'm rambling on . Oh my buddy took some movies to post on his website for me . go to http://www.planetdonnstudios.com/mike/web/index.htm and you can bypass his home page .

Gee I thought they were going to be pics of your wife with her feet kicked up.
I love the greenhouse - what better for a "garden" railroad?

Do you plan to run any "steamlocos?" Meaning those of an earlier era, or are you sticking with the modern theme? This is a question of only curiosity.

Alright guys I'm supposed to be working but I'm easily distracted today. I think there is a setting wrong on my computer I try to open from current location and it plays in like a millisecond, do I have to save it then veiw it or is there some setting I need to change?

When you said not in the budget, did you mean the steam loco's or sticking with a modern theme. Even though they are expensive, MTH offers a Hudson in Santa Fe Livery, as well as NYC livery. They Have Southern Pacifics 4449 GS4 Daylight in Daylight Colors or The American Freedom Train. They also have Challengers and new for this year is a big boy. For desil fans the Have introduced F3 A-A sets and a seperate B unit. Since you run Santa Fe (Seen From Your Pictures) I take it you have a Western Theme, So they Have Texas Special Livery, Santa Fe livery, and more. They also make coaches to match their Daylight and their Deisils and this year they have an observation car out. LGB Has some highly praised Mikados and Aristo Craft Has a great Pacific, Mikado, and an 0-4-0 swither
Hope I helped
