Thanks for letting me know about the dead link. i emailed Nancy Norris to see if she has an updated link for you. It's funny; she recently updated that article and already there's a dead link.
Firstly it is pleasing to see other parts of the world included.
Secondly, the UK link goes nowhere - just the old 404 error!
But it is still interesting to read, once enlarged.
