On page 44 of the October 2010 issue, there was an article about building basic freight cars with a jig.

There was an article which discussed scratch building rail cars. The author discussed how he used a jig to make the cars.  I think it was within the last two years. I've tried to search for it to no avail. Does anyone recall the issue?
