Has anyone converted a Backman Big Hauler 2-6-0 to battery power and RC? If so, let me know how it went.

I have converted both 2-6-0's to battery R/C.Space is at a premium with both and some creative placement of parts will be required.They run just fine with my RCS R/C equipment.
