Nope, the 0-4-0 switcher is closer to 1/29, the Rogers was one of the very earliest offering from REA as Aristo was known back then, and even though it was originally scale labeled at 1/22.5 its actually alot closer scale wise to 1/20.3 if you go off the cab proportions, it makes a nifty narrow gauge engine

They are good engines, I had one that I sold to another forum member here, but I found it to be a reliable smooth performer, its definety a better engine than Aristo's other 040 offering.
