Sorry, as far as I know no-one has produced a cable car of ANY kind in G gauge.

Your in the realm of kitbashing or scratchbuilding here. Bachmann's trolleys and LGB's recent streetcar are the only street traction items I know of.

Have you tried theHartland Locomotive Works? Was just looking at their web page and they might have what you are looking for.

LGB, Bachmann and Hartland all make trams of one kind or another
but I dont think any of them make the particular one you are looking for.
I think you are going to have to resort to Kit bashing or scratch building.
