I got some feedback from some people, that they felt the contest should not have been limited to outdoor railroads.

I had no better answer than saying "Well, the magazine is called Garden Railways".\

This is excellent. Maybe we could call it the "Peter Jones Memorial Small-Railroad Contest", in honour of his great and lasting contribution to the non-LGB/Aristo/USA-trains/plastic/commercial side of our hobby. /PhM
With so many mistakes out there waiting to be made, why bother repeating them?
