The company is > www.epoxies.com < They have an online ordering form. Best use that. Had issues using email and phone.
70-2170 is the product code. It pours like light pancake syrup. Few if any bubbles, in spite of what the description says. De mold after about 2 hours, develops full strength after about 6 hours. Highly machinable. Fairly ridged at 1/16th to 1/8th inch thickness. Looks and feels like ABS.
"quart kit" is quart can and a pint can so it's actually more than a "quart"
Quart $28.50
Gallon $129.60
Left over mix I pour into square or round molds for other stuff.
For now, I use MicroMark's one to one rapid silicone. The urethane nearly falls out of molds made with this, with no parting agent of any kind.
Let me know if you have any other questions. You can say I sent you if you want, I get brownie points. :-)

Gary, I'd like more info. I used to use Smooth On, they had a good introductory deal, but it has doubled in price. I need mold and casting materials that I can afford.

Found a source cheaper and a bit easyer to work with than Micro-Mark's stuff. This stuff is $28 + shipping for a quart. They have bigger sizes if needed. More info if anybody is interested.
