GR Plans #32 - G Scale Streetcar
Posted by Benjamin Maggi on Friday, March 12, 2010 3:25 PM

I am looking for thse plans, which were in the April 1998 issue. They are sold out at Sidestreet Bannerworks. If someone has them and are willing to sell or loan them to me, please send me a private message. I am looking for something to build WITH my wife, who thinks my G scale (actually, 1:19 scale) trains are cute. Thanks.

Ben

There were some inaccuracies in those plans and they published a follow up to fix the problem, not sure if it did or not, but you should be aware of that and be careful.

Benjamin--Jerry is right. We issued a correction on those plans. Please send me an email at rschweitzer@kalmbach.com with your mailing address. I'll get you a set out FREE.

I received the plans from Rene... Thanks again! However, now I am more confused. I already own Plan #70, which is a 1:20 scale streetcar. The original #32 plans were for a G-scale streetcar. I thought that they were actually different looking streetcars, not just scaled differently. Since I planned to build mine in 1:19 scale I was going to just photocopy it a little larger anyways.

What exactly was wrong with #32? Am I just being obtuse?
