Give "Marine Goop" a try. Easy to work with, cures clean, stands up very well to the weather.

I intend to us rocks or pebbles to make a stone wall and to give it that "thrown together" look.

 It'd depend on exactly what you intend as to the use of epoxy or grout/mortar . Keep in mind epoxy will give the rock a wet look on the surface. Most epoxies will work ok.

What kind of glue/exopy would you use to bond rocks together and is suitable for outdoor use. Thanks for the help. - Peter
