Thanks Tom.

I did see this thread. A short talk 6 years ago, and the idea of outdoor layouts protected from the elements seamed incomplete.

Outdoor Layouts Protected from the Elements
Posted by LawsonFarmsRR on Friday, February 19, 2010 9:43 AM

I saw a 6 year old thread on a garden layout in a green house. I am interested in the same, or some way to protect the layout from the elements.

Has anyone used a green house for a train layout?

Any other structures used to protect the layout from snow, ice, temperature, ETC.?

Maybe combine green house train storage and layout outside the green house?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Pat
