California and Oregon Coast Railway
Posted by Gunsnclapton on Saturday, February 13, 2010 2:43 PM

I ordered supplies from California and Oregon Coast Railway almost a month ago and I still haven't recieved any updates on anything.  I called them numerous times and just recently managed to leave a message on their answering machine.  I know that the money went through and I know that they are still trying to restructure their company but they have a note on their page that says that customers with orders will be contacted.  I left them a message and sent them an email or 2 and still havent been contacted yet and I am getting a little annoyed with this.  Has anyone else had this same problem?

I tried to get info from them on their EA-ZE Air Motion Switch Control, but never heard back.  I wonder if it's a reorganization or a going out of business kind of thing.  Hope not the latter.

I heard from another dealer that they are out of business for good.  I'm not too sure if he was telling the truth of just trying to get me out of his hair though.

Yes, I noticed that earlier today when I checked.  Thanks!  I want to use their system, but have no idea how to go about it or make an order.  I see that they will be at the Ontario Big Train Show in June and will touch base with them there.  I like to get eyeball to eyeball when getting into something new.  Thanks for your info on the tubing longevity.
