Hi Elias,
Here's the PECO web site from the UK. I have used their products over the years and found them excellent. They have a very good name for track products, making everything for 'Z' through to 'G'.

Atlas track is nice, it conduits well and is UV protected. That would be my choice. I have used it indoors and liked it.

hi elias
The key things to look for are proper solid rails in brass or nickle silver.
NOT TIN PLATE track
Doesn't mater if it is two rail or three rail that will depend on the trains.
You also need the sleepers (Ties) to be UV stable
Atlas claim some of their O track is suitable for out door use
and the Peco or Tenmille track manufactured in the UK is.
All three have web sites but I don't have the links to be able to post them.
You could always buy the tools rail ties and spikes and make your own if you have the skills to do it.
Just remember to take the trains inside after the sesion and if concered take in the buildings as well in all probabilaty the trains and buildings will not be weather proof
but that in its self doesn't stop you running them in the garden
properly looked after you can have just as much fun with "O" in the garden as the larger scales.
regards John
