I need to reletter one of my 2-8-0's, I used dry transfers and I didn't seal them. Now I want to use vinyl and reletter for the Delta & Northern. what's the best way with out damaging the original paint.

The head is gray, hands don't work , back is weak, legs give out, eyes are gone, money go's and my wife still love's Me.
Warm Wetter Water!
Warm wetter water has always worked for me. Spray some on the dry transfers and let it soak, brush with a child sold toothbrush. WWW = In two quart saucepan bring one quart of water to a light boil and remove from heat. Add one-tablespoon liquid dish soap. Pour solution into spray bottle and apply as needed.
