Here's a shot of the finished RS-3. I did put some warm white LED's in for the interior lights that I got at Walmart. Used a 470 K resistor. Also replaced the LED's in the headlight/taillight boards. They just slide out, clip the leads short on the replacement and slide them in. Much brighter.
BIt of weathering to do yet. I am missing the front step thing and the wire rail, if anyone has an extra let me know.

Sounds nice, do you have pictures?
Thanks Sean, but you are being too modest about your fine work, I think! Still messing with the rotary,
ordered 10 pkgs of Ozark handles, so waiting on those and some round E-8 grills I was to get from a guy, but starting to give up on him, anybody have any?
I bought a used RS-3 that was painted an awful blue color with drips. I stripped it using the purple super clean stuff from Walmarts auto section. Finished it off with a toothbrush/water. Primed it then shot the yellow from XO Rust brand spray can. The gray is a Krylon primer. Red stripes are vinyl. Stan Cedarleaf did the decals. they went on real slick. I wanted to clear coat them so will not assemble it till that is done and dry, that way I don't have to mask off the windows. I put brighter LED's in the headlights also, had LED's before but were duller, easy install, just clip the leads and insert.
