Safety Pop Offs for Aristo Live Steam Mikado installed on TOP!

I got my safety pop off device from Larry Herget. This puts the safety pop off up on top of

the Aristo LS Mike, replacing the fake plastic ones in front of the rear dome. Came with real clear instructions. You remove the Mikes plastic boiler shell(4 screws on the bottom, one on top), take off the cab first though. Unscrew the safety top(under the front dome) and pull up to remove the tubes that directed the steam down by the cylinders-I guess Aristo did this so the safety would not pop off in someones face and result in a lawsuit. You have to ream out the holes where the plastic pop offs were at, they just pry out, center one unscrews. Bolt on the device and put it back together, only took about an hour to do. Should look cool when I run it, may be warm enough today!
