I have no problem with the popups either. Using Safari 4 browser on an Apple MacBook Pro laptop. Just have the "Block Popup Windows" checked in the main Safari menu. I don't expect my print mag subscription to totally finance the website as well. If they want the popups, I'm fine with the way it has been implemented.

mmm-interesting. More commentary about Popups--I's still be not seeing any. I am using IE7/8, Google Chrome, and Firefox on the laptop----adblockers up and running and no popups on any platform.

Download and use Firefox for your web browser.  Their build in pop up blocker works pretty good.  You can also download an add on for add block plus.  Works like a charm and will help if you're on a site that you want to read, but has some unacceptable adds.  Right click and pick from the bottom of the menu, and the image goes into the cornfield.

Rudy, I think you are being a bit harsh in the matter.   They certainly have the right to advertise thier product on thier own website; my complaint was that every time you changed pages they popped up again.   They fixed that, you only get it when signing on, then it goes away.   Yes, it's a pain, but I can live with that.

Same here, once I get the initial pop up, it doenst come up anymore, even when I switch forums.

   Have fun with your trains
