It use to have solar powered lights. I have'nt looked @ it @ night so don't know if they still work? I think I found it a couple of years ago @ Wally world. That's all I remember.

Sean: I've got the same house.  In the base there is a battery box for replacable rechargable batteries. Just repalce the batteries every year to 18 months and it should do fine.  Do not use regular rechargables, get them from the solar light display at your favorite store (WM, Depot, lowe's).
