Guess I'll just have to wait patiently.

Since the last post, several changes have been made. A gravel [ballast] retaining burm around the tanks, a 5000gal M972 tractor/trailer and floodlights for night operation were added. Pictures of night operations are to be taken tomorrow night during the layout tour for the NMRA Convention here in Wichtia.

Wow, and was peeved when I had to wait around for several hours for my discharge because everyone on the CG Station got called out to search for a Golden Gate Bridge jumper.
Have fun, Rob
no. 4 congresional inquiries later and I'm no closer than I was the day I retired. Never thought the military would blow off congressional inquiries. I hope they don't think I'm going away, I can't until I get my DD 214 at a minimum. I should probably just keep the keys, someday they will notice.....

TJ, speaking of that, did you ever get debriefed and did they ever get the key to the locker?
Why? Now that I'm 2 years into retirement I can't stand to look at anything military. Why would I want to be reminded of 22 wasted years? I'm into my hobby to escape, not remember.
In any case, you've done a good job and I look forward to seeing more of your project and layout. Post more pix when you get the chance....

You forgot my AVLB's, and CEV's.
