I'm curious if I am "snake-bit" or if Bridgewerks is WAY overrated. I thought I was buying the best but let me summarize: MAG-15 - 12V DC output didn't work...broken wire inside UR-15 stopped working after 1 month Repaired UR-15 virtually no range...item returned Repaired UR-15 couldn't find anything wrong...item returned NEW UR-15 sent...died after 1 week RC-100 3 ft. range TDR-25 - Displays don't work, unit smoked on the bench w/no load and fan doesn't work. The folks at Bridgewrks are VERY nice people and have been very helpful in getting the units repaired/replaced.....However, it has cost me a small fortune in FEDEx not to mention the trouble/time for returning these items. I can only say that their overall quality does not meet the Malcom Baldridge criteria. Just curious anyone else has seen similar problems.
