The Ship Finally Arrived At....
Posted by Independent Operator on Sunday, March 15, 2009 11:30 AM

The ship finally arrived at the Side Yard Railroad pier and sailor's delights await the crew at the welcome wagon and the Tiki Bar just off from the pier.  I'm still having that low tide problem again though.  Reminds me of Inchon Korea.

Low tide problem is because you were too cheep to hire pilot who would have had local knowledge to move you on the rising tide!    Like that little stemwinder you used!   looks like the old "Bermuda Islander" that runs from Salem, NJ to Bermuda on a weekly schedule!

Gee I thought it’s a prairie schooner; but then I live on the edge of the Great Basin. What is the model?

Have fun, Rob

Pilot?  I spent all that I had left after I built the pier and bought the ship on the girls that will attract the sailors to the Tiki Bar where a fortune will be made by selling watered down drinks.

The model is a Playmobil Cargo Ship.  Comes in a box with too many parts but it's the best I could find after too many searches for something to fit the gauge more or less.  A little expensive but I had to put something beside the pier.  I still have a pile of parts that I don't know what to do with Confused
