I have registered with photobucket. Have been uploading all afternoon. I'll put together an album on photobucket and try to sent them later. BTW, I have been using instructions from forums to try to get them to this site. TOM

I am trying. So far I have put the photos into one new album and sent it to myself. Now I am trying to sent the album using the link listed on this reply site,so far no luck. I keep being told there are other recipients and the mail cannot be sent. I will keep trying this method for a while before I try sending the album using the copy/paste method. What am I doing wrong! Tom, There is no limit on the number of photos, but you do need to keep in mind a) the download time b) the length of the message. If it's 22 photos, that an awful lot of pages to scroll through. I don't use Shutterfly, but I know you can create an album, make it public, and then post a link here to the entire album. That might be a better option.

Tom:

22 pix in one post might take too long to load.  I use Photobucket, in which you can build several "albums" into one account, then you can organize that set into a slide show.  When you build the slide show it will automatically want to send "You've been invited to look at Xxx's new photgraphs".  Just send it to yourself.  Open the e-mail and copy the link straight from the e-mail and post it here.  I think it works rather well.  Take a look at your account in shutterfly to see if it will allow you to do the same thing.

Question?
Posted by mtm1site on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 6:25 PM

Its been a really long time since I have posted anything but I have been busy. I do have a Question though. How many photos can we have in a post? I have 22 photos (out of 205 total) that gives a synopsis of my garden railroad construction to date. So is 22 too many? I use shutterfly( no promotion) for transfering photos, is there anyway to put all 22 photos into a album to open on the forum?   TOM
