Take a look at this for inspiration...Most of the SA&AP locomotives lend themselves to garden railroads.

Have you ever thought about T&NO (Texas and New Orleans Railway) , a SP outfit in Texas? It is seldom modeled.

I guess i misunderstood your request, I saw Southern Pacific; you beaut I live on the Coral Sea which is part of the South Pacific and you were interested in creating a railway with swaying palms, golden beaches and incredibly coloured water; but I guess you don't.

You may be aware that we have terrific sugar cane railways arond here, as they do in Hawaii and I thought that was what you had in mind.

South Pacific, isn't that a play by Rogers and Hemmerstein? Sorry, I could resist! [:D]

Hi Dayl,
Welcome to the forum! Sorry I don't currently run SP anywhere here but plan to. Love SP in Daylight attire. Plan to have both steam and diesel modelling the transition era. Currently I only have Canadian road names on my roster. If anyone else is running SP I sure would love to see it too! Have a great day. Later eh...Brian.
