Hi To all on both sides of the pond as any one tried to update thier profile with succes? I`ve tried and it tells me it will do it in about 10 mins but nothing happens. I understand Bergie has no answer to this one. Any one that can help. I use M/S win XP and Norton as my anti virus.

Worked for me but I find the the first time I hit "Submit" it may do nothing so I'll hit stop and then "Submit" a second time to get it to take. Also, try turning off the Privacy Service (what McAfee calls it) in your Norton.

I do not seem to have had any issues when updating (i.e. changing) the slogan at the foot of my signature when I did it yesterday.  I suppose like all things new there is always a time of adjustment. My 2 cents

Don't care for csx or bnsf. Now if it was SPSF I would not have problems. Never cared for bn.
