Hey Ya'll,
From what I have read, Delton was one of the early makers in the G-scale hobby. As a collector I have become interested in this company, and would like to know more. I have seen a book, but I currently do not have the funds to buy it, and I figured I could get the basics on what they produced and maybe some pictures here.
I do, however, know they first produced the C-16 that Aristo-Craft is currently making (I am saving for a pre-1900 D&RG version), and a 2-6-6T Mason Bogie, which I would like to know more about (The mason bogie, not the C-16).
If anyone can post pictures of Locomotives by the company, and give some info about them that would be great.
Thanks,
Cheese
Nick! :)
Anyone else...... Please?

New Old Stock.
Thanks Bill,
That article was most helpful and just what I was looking for. While its bound to be expensive, I would like to eventually add one of the 2-6-6-T Mason Bogies to my collection if I can find one.
Its a shame no one has made a more affordable plastic or diecast Mason Bogie (1:20.3 scale of course). Lets hope the good Mr.Polk or the fellows over at Bachmann are listening. lol. Also, a proper 1:20.3 scale plastic or diecast C-16 would be nice, and surely cheaper than the Accucraft models. But I'm getting off topic.
Thanks again for the info on Delton.

Accucraft has a 1/20.3 Mason Bogie in the works..
Live Steam and electric versions are planned:

I think the words "more afforadable" rules out the accucraft engines. They are nice though.
