As you might not know we send large groups of people to different shelters when hurricane comes.

Galveston did this......good.

Yesterday Galveston brought them back......to NOTHING! Not even a freaking tent!

Last night FEMA/Homeland Security (please don't take this wrong but there still is illegal people in this country, HINT...Homeland Security!) and Galveston found 1 tent (big) to house several hundred with kids!

IDIOTS.........who really cares about you? NO ONE, make sure you have stuff packed away for YOUR family!

Some families still with out power and I am not speaking near the coast!!!!!

Ole Toad - Thanks for hearn me out

Joe:  The boxing cat is in reality a single picture that has been coppied and flipped into a mirror image.  The two new pic's were combined into a single *.gif file.  A *.gif file alows multiple jpeg files to run as if they were a video file without the large memory or viewer capabiolity requirements.  As to "who's wining" I say, who cares it's all in fun.

Toad:  Now that your power is back on, I don't expect to hear anymore "Dry Ice A/C" contaminations, as if you were planning on doing something that could kill your.

Looks like an Ike, good name. He looks old enough that his eyes has changed from blue to yellow, over 2 months old, that means when things settle down there he can shots and get fixed, also he should be old enough for flea drops, I recommend Frontline Plus drops for cats, similar to what I use on my pooch, one a month application, really works to give fleas a slight case of death.

Frontline from what I have seen and been advised by Vet is a cancer causing in pets. So with that being said I just used what I told you about, Tea Tree shampoo and nice warm bath.

Counted 9 +/- fleas dead, second dip no fleas, third no fleas so I am sure now he is A-Ok!!!

Yeah he will be going to Vet later to get nads cut and all shots.

He is a very happy cat! Still thinking if he went through the storm or some one dumped him there not sure and will never know.

And if you get cut or other here I can zip it back up for you! Glaveston Level I Tramua Unit is flyn and driving people off the Island!!!! Even a simple stich!!

Toad - can you gut it?

Triggy,

I never got called out for any responce. Which has been a good feeling but I feel for the guys and gals out there now in there POD and CODE.

To others,

Thank you for the Prayers and Blessings but keep them up for others because some people have no homes to go back to but they stay there cause of looters. My shotgun is still loaded!

I just got a generator because 4.5 million people was with out power so as we are last on there list myself and my mom stand in line for one. Medication is abit low but Kroger's is open! Had a cold front move in after Ike and cooled the nights down in the 60s When I was helping move some massive tree limbs off the road I herd cries for help and went into first responder mode and found a male kitten. He is now named Ike Hurricane Pugh. Pull all the heavy limbs I could until we could get a large (very) tractor in and now our route out to main road is cleared. Much is picking up and sawing but damage is to a low. God (yours - mine) Bless the responders who have helped my family and others out! William Pugh William Gray Thunder Ole Toad And what ever else people call me   PS stress is at a all time high!

Toad - No one can take Ole Toad, Savy!

Yeah T. I just spoke with him again this morning, and tried to explain how you messing with him, he just laughs, says he's been "Steaking Out" no pun intended, as he was a former Cop, but with no power and all, the grill is the way to go for now he says.

Says he's doing alcohol wipe baths and all for now WHEW.....and been picking up all the loose limbs that blew down, but all and all he's OK, I guess, from what he says, I guess it must really be hard in the heat and all, and no power for at least a few more weeks, so he says they're being told.

Shame he can't see that one T.

However I too spoke with him the other day and he says all is well except for a few down'd trees. He said they'd probably be without power for 4 to 6 weeks or so, according to radio reports he's getting on his battery powered radio.
