Hi karl,
I sent you a couple of replys but have not herd back from you. I'd love to check out your RR's this comming Saturday, the 23rd. (my B-day btw, I figure it might help in losening the bosses purse strings, lol )
I sent you an e-mail
That sounds great, I'd love to check out your railroads.
Let me know when is a good time, and I'll be there.
Thanks, Ron
Bob,
I will as Pete and I are only about 1 1/2 miles apart now.
There 4 or 5 garden railroads in Cecil County Maryland that is not to far from you. Mine is one of them. You would be welcome to come by and see mine. E-mail me if you are interested.
Nor Del is kinda multi scale, but they have a spin off G club, see if you can contact Keith Heck who is a mover and shaker in that group. Also the Mason-Dixon Club which has a lot of folk from Newark and Cecil County, I think that's the club with Pete Eggink! You can also check with Karen Darling (she also has volunteer connection with Wilm & Western) who graciously lists the open house tours and individual open houses on her site. (There is a link to her site from the SLGRC site).
While I echo Pauls welcome, we are more in the Lewes area and Southward; thus about an hour and 20 minute drive for you, and those would be much closer.
I would also say to check with Ken Donahoe right up on the Pa line (State line runs through the property) as he is a long term G scaler who is most willing and happy to share his knowledge. Ken is a member of several clubs.
I believe there are a couple of clubs in your area. Paul and Bob, who are frequent visitors to the board belong to the Shore Line club - http://www.paulbottino.com/slgrc.html and the NorDel group? who had a display at ECLSTS the past few years.
