Step 1: sign up for and online photo storage space.  A few of them have cut off the ability to link your photo to forums.  Those that still allow that function (for FREE) want you to purchase a few prints each year.  Just a few that work well: Photobucket , Wal-Mart, Shutterfly .

Step 2: Post your photo on their site.  Make sure to make that album a "Public" album as opposed to a "Private" album.  On most of these sites private albums are not linkable.

Step 3:  At what ever site you select, bring your picture to "full" size (depending upon the site your photo may not be at its full size, depending on how they store your photo).  Do a "right click" on your photo, select "properties". Drag you pointer over the "file name" or "Location" and copy the location.

Step 4: On this site, open a new post window, find the little tree at the top of the construction icons.  In that little window you will see in the top bar the letters "http://".  Erase the letters and then past in the address you coppied from your photo site. (the "http" will already be in the coppied block you are pasting in.)

Like I said before, these sites want to sell you copies of your pictures.  If you buy one or two prints a year they leave you alone.  Some sites offer  "Premium Package" where they give you extra storage space for a fee, unless you plan on storing over a thousand pix, I wouldn't bother with it. Just go for the free stoarage and plan on buying a couple of pix each year or so. Fifty/sixty cents a year is not too bad.
