If I had to fault anything, the MTH wheels seem to distract the look of their cars. They roll really well and track really well so I never changed them. I thought I would try weathering a set. I haven't done it yet. I seen Gary Raymond's review once and talked about wheel options. They don't seem to rust or pit yet like I've heard on some other types.

My camera is a Kodak Easy share digital 4.0 mp  w/ built in flash (dx7440). Don't know anything about photography. I set it on auto and it's great for general purposes. Upclose toy train shots seem to suffer. There's 8 scenes and 4 more various settings?

Does MTH use ceramic wheels?  Interesting color.  Never seen any thing like it before in model trains.

I like the CNW locos.

Try a bounce flash. The one that snaps directly on the flash unit. This is if you have a flash that you can change the angle of the flash. Then point the flash up and the reflector at your equiptment.

You can make a flash bounce out of a white paper plate.

When I took the shots I tried playing with the camera settings. There's several (20 or so).

I'll have to figure out the camera and best lighting. I deleted about 10 more. I've got a tripod and didn't get it out. I'll keep trying, Joe P.

try lighting up the room better and turn off the flash. Most cameras have too bright of a flash that distorts colors... personally, I never use flash for anything.

Here's some pics of my stuff.

Just got the challenger back on line and she's smokin' up the place! The camera doesn't show it well. Thank you MTH, for the rescue fix.

Picked up a new caboose ( BN). Thank you to Legacy Station.

Next I'll have to figure out better picture taking techniques, Joe
