Thanks brian I would be lost without your help. I am handy with things and should be able to do the sound card.

Its pretty straight foward to hook up the TE. If your TE trackside receiver has a plug on it that should just hook up to the Ultima. If it does not the Ultima comes with an extra cord with a plug on one end and bare leads on the other. Plug in the one end to the wire on the Ultima with the other plug and hooks the bare lead end up to the trackside receiver. You'll have to check the polarity on the Ultima output to make sure you hook it up right. Then hook up the output to your track power feeds. The trickiest part is linking the receiver and transmitter. Just follow the directions in the manual.

No idea on the sound card but this may help -

Me again . I bought an aristocraft train engineer system walk around control and a 10 amp power supply. Do i need anything else to make this work or do i have all i need. Also i bought a aristo dallee digital sound unit do i need anything else to make this work? Sorry for all the questions but i will learn sooner or later about this new scale im working with. Oh buy the way i think im addicted i just bought anouther engine.Big Smile [:D]
