SMALL business building plans
Posted by John Busby on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 11:59 PM

Hi guys

Does any one have plans for small business structures that are no bigger than say a scale     12' x 12' as even small buildings in our sizes can get quite large.

SWMBO is happy to put up with track wandering all around the place, but wants towns that don't take up the whole garden so she has some planting space left.

Smith Pond Junction has a number of small business about that size including a telegraph office, weekly gazette, dress shop, jail and barber shop. They sell the plans (full size drawings) or kits (drawings and lumber, no hardware). http://spjrr.com/masterkits.html

John:

I don't have any plans, but I do have photos that lend themselves to being freelanced into any overall size you would want.  Some I have collected from other peoples websites, some are real buildings I took the pic.  Small Buildings

The smaller Piko plastic building kits (pleasantown, wild west, etc) are something like 9' x 12' in 1:20.
