1.  What card?  I spent about an hour looking for the guy that has always been there selling "spare parts bin supplies" (read "other people's junk).

2.  Someone had to stand behind the camera to capture Vic.

1. Not a card but the LGB track cleaning loco Big Smile [:D]

2. Vic could have taken your pix....Wink [;)]

O geez! two pics of my ugly mug, surprised this forum hasnt been shut down for posting pics capable of frightning children and small animals!

This weekend was very busy, too busy, I didnt get a chance to talk to some people like Tom as long as I would have liked , I didnt even get a chance to take any pictures myself! Not even of my own layout! I barely got to walk around, I think I missed alot of things at the show this time around. On the plus side the Pizza appears to have been a huge success, tons of questions and it acted like flypaper drawing people into our booth. I only spent about $40 and that was including my savory $8 hot dog lunch. I was planning on spending Sunday to walk around the show but some home issues kept me away from the show all day, until I barely had time to pick up my stuff at the end of the show Sunday. Oh Well, maybe i'll get it right next year....

Tom,

Thanks for posting the photos and vids. After gassing up my truck on friday nite our planned trip to the show went rite down the dumper. Especially liked the use of the backdrops on the Sundance Central modules, just seems to add so much more to the exhibit but I would bet that they are a major pain to set-up. Wonder if they will make it to Del Mar this november with the "World's Greatest Hobby" tour.

You mean this chic?

Born Salma Hayek Jiménez on September 2, 1966 in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Mexico to Sami Hayek and Diana Jiménez.  Hayek's paternal grandparents were Mexicans of Lebanese descent, while her mother is of Spanish descent and her first name in Arabic means peace or calm. Bet you did not know that.

Now for a kicker, if you get her name right I will give you a ...... well we can not give nothing away on this board but here is my Hottie:

Sorry Rene, but you did make my top 10 Hottie Frogs Possie! Big Smile [:D]

One small detail, who was the gal who kissed you on your hand?

I wish I could say it was the product of my torrid love affair with Selma Hayak! but alas no, its just the re-entry handstamp they give you at the door.Wink [;)]

Oh the horror!

And yuz guys wonder why I never show pics of myselfDunce [D)]Laugh [(-D]

Had a nice chat with Tom, hope the wife is feeling better.

Got a ton of Q's on the pizza layout, my brother and my wife even stopped off at the show on their way to the Antiques Roadshow taping, so I got to spend some time with them. I even won an airbrush in the raffle! Overall it was a very very busy day for me, only time I really got to relax was just before the show ended!

Of all the things I saw the one wasnt the GR booth, anyone know where it was?

Going back tomorrow afternoon to pick everything up.

Vic:

In another thread you told me to bring my "Gold" card.  I've been looking at them and I don't have a "Gold Card".  All I have is a thirty two year old Platinum, Think that will work?  (That one is mine and SWMBO never will never see the statement.)

See ya in the morning.

I'll second both of these motions.  Both events are well worth the time to visit.

Another reminder, this Sunday the Fairplex Garden Railroad is also having an open house at the Fairgrounds in Pomona from 11 to 4.  Not to far from Ontario.

See you at Fairplex. 5 years and going strong!
