MTH DCS Version upgraded again

I just added this to MTH control Post but I figured I should post it separately. MTH upgraded DCS Version to 4.01 this fixes a bug that might show up if you load version 4.0 into an older TIU unit. It also has some other corrections. See the MTH protosound 2 website. Joe Paonessa
