For better connection is it possible to solder Aristo Craft track together, i have tried it with regular solder and it does not work. Do i need to use a special solder and flux.

To solder Aristo track, or any other garden scale track for that matter you need heat, and a lot of it. There are several threads on this forum that discuss this topic in detail. Do a search and you will find a wealth of info.
I do not think soldering Aristo track is of much value. The screw rail joiners combined with feeder wires in strategic places (assuming track power of course) work just as well as soldering, but don't limit the ability of the track to expand and contract with temperature changes, or limit your ability to change or repair the track later on. My RR has been going just fine with no solder for 7 years now, so I guess that convinces me at least that soldering the track would have been a waste of time and effort had I done so at the beginning.
Good luck and welcome to the forum! Feel free to tell us something of your hobby.
