That sucks...Priorities first, mortgage is more important than trains, good luck with the arbitration.

The large scale train was supposed to climb a long grade around cellar and go to out side. When I built the new addition I saved the dirt for the railroad. Neighbor's fence at property line.

it would then cross a removable bridge to a elevated section of earth

and run a crossover dogbone of some sort about 80' long with some stream feature

someday that would have even expanded with yards and sidings and run across the back of property, looks like its not going to happen. That's life!
