Toad, since we are already taking it in the shorts for 20% so I don' think giving away 10% more would be a good moveSad [:(] .. I'm looking around the yard for space  I can get after the growing season end's.

It`s nice to know that the senior management are smiling, I went to a meeting a few weeks ago my good lady went shooping so when I rang and said I`ve bought a loco the answer was fine if you like it go ahead. So when you want some thing let your other half enjoy spending some of your monyWink [;)]

When do you expect to start construction?

So much for the new right-of way, DUE TO RECENT ILLNESS ON MY PART,  we put the RENO house on the market as of this comming fridayBanged Head [banghead] Now I have to disassemble the On30 indoor and pack up the LS, that S**KS, I'm not a happy camper. the Oakley House has no room at the moment for any kind of LS except for a small  loop(VERY Small). not even as big as what I gave up last winter.

Eagerly waiting for the pics.  I know how hard it can be to negotiate those pesky land grants.  Congrats on the succesful negotiation.

The picture's and hopefully size should be posted next week.  I have two week contract job that may interfer with posting. MMMM money for train's..........

this is the side yard away from the house looking north west just after a mid Feb storm. the tip's of the trees are 6 ft soo i would say about 5 ft snow drifting overnight.

After spending a long long time in negotiating for outside land use I received a land grant  large enought for a two track loop with a two track run to the outher side of the house . Track plan will remain simpel till I start building. picture's to follow soon.
