I know it's been a while since I last posted here and a lot's changed since then. I've dismanteled my old railway in New York and moved to South Carolina. As soon as I get a place of my own, I'm going to start building a new railroad.
While I don't know what kind of space I have yet, I have a baisc idea of what I want to modle, coastal South Carolina. I've even picked out a name, the Carolina Southern Railroad. I made a lot of mistake with my previouse railroad, which I learned from, but I have some questions:
1. Is stainless steel better suited for the moist climate down here?
2. What kind of plants would be good small scale representations of the tall pines, big live oaks and spanish moss that grows here?
3. How would you make a working modle of this bridge ?
Thanks.
